How does sublimation differ from DTF, DTG and embroidery?

We mainly use full sublimation for technical clothing. The pattern becomes part of the fabric and can cover almost the entire product surface. For cotton clothing and other ready-made products, we use DTF, DTG or embroidery. DTF and DTG are prints on selected areas of the product — DTF works well for logos, lettering and graphics, while DTG suits multicoloured graphics and illustrations. Embroidery is a logo or lettering stitched with thread — durable, with a premium finish.

Once you launch your store, share the link with your community. Everyone can choose their product and size, place an order and pay for it themselves. No need to collect lists, sizes or bank transfers manually.

In a store, everyone places and pays for their own order. The platform handles payment and fulfilment. For orders placed directly from the dashboard, you pay for the entire order at once.

How does the store margin work?

When creating a product, you set its selling price and your margin. Once an order is paid for, the margin goes straight to your dashboard balance. Withdraw it at any time with the “Withdraw funds” button, or automatically once your balance reaches a chosen threshold.

When will I receive money from my store?

Whenever you want. Request a payout in one click in the dashboard and the transfer goes to your account. Each payout is documented with a settlement document for the amount of your margin. With your consent, we issue it automatically on your behalf, or you issue it yourself based on the statement in your dashboard — once it matches, the transfer goes out automatically. Your first payout is unlocked after a one-off account verification.

Where does production take place?

The key stages take place at our production hub in Poland. We sublimate, cut and sew technical clothing on site. We also personalise cotton products and other ready-made bases with DTF, DTG or embroidery in Poland.

Are products made for stock?

No. Sublimated products are made to order — we only start production after an order is placed. This lets us fulfil both single-item and larger orders without waiting to collect a large batch.

No. The times given cover production only. Once production is complete, the order moves on to shipping. Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method chosen.

Yes. All products meet the standards appropriate to their material and technology. The exact set of certificates may vary between models — partly because different standards apply to technical fabrics, organic cotton and recycled fibres.
