Why can we produce so quickly?
Because the key stages take place at our production hub in Poland.
We sublimate, cut and sew technical clothing on site. We personalise cotton products and other ready-made garments here using DTF, DTG or embroidery.
We don’t need to pass orders between multiple external contractors, so we can start production and personalisation efficiently, even for single items.

How is technical clothing made?
Sublimated products are made to order — only after an order is placed, whether you order directly from the dashboard or someone buys a single item in a store.
The entire production process takes place at our production hub and sewing facility in Poland — from preparing the fabric and sublimation through cutting and sewing to the finished product.

The design enters the sublimation process, where colours and patterns become part of the fabric
The product’s panels are created
The prepared fabric is cut to the construction of the model ordered
We sew the finished item
The individual panels are sewn into a finished product.
Depending on the model, the process may also include additional stages such as bonding
The product is ready for the next stage
The finished item moves on to order processing and shipping

How do we personalise cotton clothing and ready-made products?
For cotton clothing and other ready-made products for personalisation, we don’t make the base garment from scratch. We use high-quality T-shirts, sweatshirts, polos and other styles, then personalise them with DTF, DTG or embroidery.
These products are most often used as casual clothing and merch for brands, clubs and communities.
