Store terms and conditions
Effective from: 1 June 2026
1. Seller
The seller operating the Strevos Platform is Strevos sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Łódź at ul. Prezydenta Gabriela Narutowicza 40 lok. 1, 90-135 Łódź, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź under KRS number 0001242944, NIP 7252367241, REGON 544824369, with share capital of PLN 5,000.00, fully paid up (hereinafter: Strevos or the Seller).
Contact the Seller: support@strevos.com · personal data enquiries: privacy@strevos.com.
2. Definitions
-
Platform — the Strevos website at https://strevos.com together with all club stores operated by Strevos on subdomains of strevos.com (e.g. https://gladiatorwroclaw.strevos.com). These Terms apply to purchases in all club stores covered by the Platform.
-
Customer — a natural person with full capacity to perform legal acts, a legal person or an organisational entity with legal capacity, making a purchase on the Platform. A Customer may be either a supporter purchasing from a Club Store or a Club ordering Products for its own internal needs (players, coaches, management, official delegations).
-
Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.
-
Product — goods made by Strevos to the Customer's individual order, according to their selected specification (size, variant, personalisation). Products are made to individual order and are not held in stock,
-
Club — an entity with an account on the Platform and entitled to use its own mark, name, colours and visual identity. A Club may use the Platform to order Products for its own needs and — following additional activation under the rules described in the Terms of Cooperation between Clubs and the Strevos Platform — to operate a Club Store with royalties on sales to supporters. Only Strevos, not the Club, is a party to the sales contract with the Customer. The Club does not participate in sales, payments or complaint handling. Certain provisions of these Terms concerning consumer rights do not apply to a Club that is not a Consumer.
3. Technical requirements
Using the Platform requires a web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies, and Internet access. The Seller does not provide the Customer with a device or Internet connection.
4. Conclusion of the sales contract
-
The Customer selects a Product, configures its specification (size, variant, personalisation) and adds it to the basket.
-
Before clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” button, the Customer:
-
confirms that they have read the information that the Product is made to individual order and cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal (section 9);
-
ticks two separate consent boxes — accepting these Terms and acknowledging that they have read the Privacy Policy. Both boxes are unticked by default;
-
if the Customer is a Club ordering Products bearing its own mark, logo, name, crest, mascot or other visual identity — additionally declares that it has the right to use these elements on the Products ordered (a separate consent box).
- Placing an order and making payment constitutes the conclusion of a sales contract between the Customer and Strevos. The sales contract is concluded when the Customer successfully makes payment and Strevos accepts it.
5. Price and payment
Product prices shown on the Platform are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include value added tax (VAT). The delivery charge indicated before checkout is added to the Product price.
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Accepted payment methods: payment cards (Visa, Mastercard), BLIK, online bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay. We issue a VAT invoice at the Customer's request.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer expressly agrees otherwise.
6. Order fulfilment and delivery
The Product is made to the Customer's individual order after payment has been credited. The fulfilment time for each Product is stated on its product page and in the order summary, before payment is confirmed. The estimated order fulfilment time is indicative. If an order includes several Products with different fulfilment times, the overall fulfilment time is the longest of those times. Notwithstanding the above, the Seller undertakes to deliver the Product within no more than 30 days of the conclusion of the contract.
Delivery is made to the address specified by the Customer. The delivery time includes production time and transit time.
Shipping is carried out by the selected postal or courier operator to the address specified in the order. Strevos is not liable for delays caused by carriers. Delivery costs and available options are displayed before the order is confirmed.
7. Transfer of risk
For Customers who are Consumers, the risk of loss of or damage to the Product passes to the Customer when the Product is handed over to the Customer.
For Customers who are not Consumers, the risk passes to the Customer when the Product is handed over to the carrier.
8. Statutory warranty for defects
The Consumer has the right to lodge a complaint about a Product under the statutory warranty for defects within 2 years of delivery of the Product. Complaints must be submitted electronically to support@strevos.com or in writing to ul. Prezydenta Gabriela Narutowicza 40 lok. 1, 90-135 Łódź, stating the order number, a description of the defect and — where possible — photographic documentation. The Seller considers complaints within 14 days of receipt.
If the Seller does not respond within 14 days, the complaint is deemed accepted. The Seller provides its response to the Consumer on paper or another durable medium, including by email to the address provided by the Consumer.
If a complaint is accepted, the Seller manufactures and sends the Customer a new, defect-free Product free of charge. The Customer is not required to return the defective Product unless the Seller expressly requests this in a particular case. The price is refunded only if replacement with a new Product is not possible or if the Customer validly withdraws from the contract.
If a complaint is accepted or a refund is made, Strevos makes the appropriate adjustment to the order settlement.
9. Commercial guarantee
The Seller does not provide a separate quality guarantee beyond its liability under the statutory warranty referred to in section 7.
10. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The Product is non-prefabricated goods, made only after the order has been placed and paid for, according to the Consumer's specifications (size, variant, personalisation). Under Article 38(3) of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1796, as amended), the Consumer has no right to withdraw from a distance contract. The Consumer confirms this information by a separate, informed declaration (a separate checkbox, unticked by default) during the ordering process (section 4, paragraph 2). The Consumer loses the right of withdrawal upon conclusion of the contract. The statutory warranty rights described in section 7 remain unaffected.
11. Transaction security
The Seller uses modern transaction security mechanisms, including 3D Secure authentication and automatic fraud protection built into the payment system.
If the Customer disputes a transaction with their bank (a “chargeback”), the Seller will take steps to provide evidence demonstrating that the transaction was justified. Initiating a chargeback without valid grounds may result in the Customer's account being blocked and the Seller pursuing its claims.
12. Personal data
The rules for processing the Customer's personal data are described in the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies is governed by the Cookie Policy.
13. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The Consumer may use out-of-court procedures for handling complaints and pursuing claims, in particular before the permanent consumer arbitration courts operating at the regional inspectorates of the Trade Inspection, through the Financial Ombudsman and the Municipal and District Consumer Ombudsmen.
The Consumer may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Use of out-of-court dispute resolution is voluntary.
14. Force majeure
1. The Parties are not liable for failure to perform or improper performance of obligations under these Terms if this is caused by force majeure.
2. Force majeure means external events beyond the Parties' control which cannot be foreseen or prevented, in particular: natural disasters, system failures, actions of state authorities, and interruptions to telecommunications or logistics services.
3. In the event of force majeure, performance of obligations is suspended for its duration.
15. Final provisions
-
Liability. Strevos is not liable for:
a) interruptions to the Store's operation caused by technical issues,
b) acts or omissions of third parties, including payment service providers and carriers,
c) incorrect information provided by the Customer. -
Governing law. Contracts concluded under these Terms are governed by Polish law.
-
Jurisdiction. The court with jurisdiction to resolve disputes is the court for the Seller's registered office. The Consumer has the right to bring proceedings before the court with jurisdiction over their place of residence. [Article 45814 § 4 of the Act of 17 November 1964 — Code of Civil Procedure (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 468, as amended).]
-
Changes to the Terms. The Seller may amend these Terms for important reasons, in particular changes in the law, the introduction of new Platform features or changes in service providers. Registered Customers are notified of changes to the Terms at least 14 days in advance — electronically or through a notice on the Platform. Orders placed before the changes take effect remain subject to the previous version of the Terms.
-
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
-
Contact. Please send all correspondence relating to these Terms to support@strevos.com.
