Cookie Policy
Effective from: 1 June 2026
1. Controller
The controller of the Strevos Platform is Strevos sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Łódź at ul. Prezydenta Gabriela Narutowicza 40 lok. 1, 90-135 Łódź, NIP 7252367241, KRS 0001242944. Contact for personal data enquiries: privacy@strevos.com.
2. What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies (browser local storage, tracking pixels) are small pieces of information stored on your device (including a mobile device when accessing the Platform through a mobile web browser) while you use the Platform. We use them to ensure website functionality, security, statistics and analysis of how the Platform is used.
The legal basis is Article 399 of the Act of 12 July 2024 — Electronic Communications Law (Journal of Laws, item 1221, as amended) and — as regards personal data — your consent or our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the EU, L 119 of 2016, p. 1, as amended). Essential cookies are processed on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); statistical cookies solely on the basis of the user's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We do not use marketing or functional cookies. If this changes, we will update this Policy and ask for your consent again.
4. Managing consent
On your first visit to the Platform, you will see a cookie banner with three options: “Accept all”, “Reject” and “Settings”. Statistical cookies are disabled by default until consent is given. The “Reject” button has the same visibility as “Accept all”.
You can manage your consent at any time — simply click the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. We retain information about the consent you have given (date, scope, Policy version) to demonstrate its compliance with the law.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from using the Platform's basic features, including the basket and payments.
5. Transfers of data outside the European Economic Area
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity services may result in data being transferred to the United States. We use the safeguards described in section 4 of the Privacy Policy — in particular the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
Analytics and payment tool providers may act as independent data controllers or as processors acting on behalf of Strevos. The Privacy Policy describes the relationship with each provider in detail.
6. Your rights
A full description of your rights — access, rectification, erasure, withdrawal of consent and lodging a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office — can be found in section 5 of the Privacy Policy. Please send requests to privacy@strevos.com.
