The design is applied to the fabric so that the pattern becomes part of it, rather than forming an extra layer on the surface.
This allows the design to cover almost the entire product — colours, patterns, gradients, numbers, names and other graphic elements.

How is technical clothing made?
Sublimated products are made to order — only after an order is placed, whether you order directly from the dashboard or someone buys a single item in your store.
The entire production process takes place at our production hub and sewing facility in Poland — from fabric preparation and sublimation through cutting and sewing to the finished product.
The order goes into production
The finished design is assigned to a specific product, size and order.
We use this to start production
We prepare the fabric
The design goes through sublimation, which makes the colours and patterns part of the fabric
We cut the parts for each product
The prepared fabric is cut to the pattern of the ordered model
We sew the finished item
The individual parts are sewn into a finished product.
Depending on the model, this may include additional stages such as bonding
The product is ready for the next stage
The finished item moves on to order handling and shipping

For sublimation, we pay attention to the ink too
We use Japanese water-based Epson inks certified to OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT.
OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT
The certificate confirms compliance with safety requirements for chemicals used in textile production. The inks also comply with REACH and ZDHC MRSL, which restrict the use of hazardous chemicals.
